Pick-up and drop-off
In accordance with the latest State and Federal Government directions, we need parents to continue to practice social distancing. Parents/caregivers need to drop children off at the school gates and we will keep opening our larger gate on Keynes Avenue (adjacent the western grass space and playground) to support this at afternoon pick-up.

Leaning programs
While the school remains open, the focus of staff is on face to face teaching and learning here at school. Individual teachers may provide information to parents/caregivers relating to the teaching and learning programs currently being delivered here, but there remains no expectation that they provide a home learning program (unless on medical advice).

Our Learning SA (online curriculum portal)
Today, DfE are launching a new website, ‘Our Learning SA’, which is an online resource for parents who make the decision to keep their children at home. Our teachers and support staff only gained access to this site yesterday, and as such, are still familiarising themselves with the content.

Canteen
So we can continue to support students and families here at school, a modified canteen menu will be posted to Skoolbag this Friday. All sales will be by order only, with additional snack items to be added to QKR. There will be no cash transactions or over the counter sales from Monday 30 March.

OSHC
To help us maintain our OSHC service, we kindly ask that registered families keep us updated regarding their care needs, including the upcoming holiday period. No specific Health or Government direction has been given regarding vacation care services at this point, so we are continuing with plans for a holiday service.

Absence reporting
Thank you to those who continue to keep the school informed regarding student absences. Notifying us of absences via the notification e-form on Skoolbag and contacting our administration by phone or email, is also helping us keep students, staff and families safe.
